Problem

At the beginning of the pandemic majority of the office, employees started working remotely. Moreover, we were forbidden to have auditorial training or any other on-site activities including Instructor-led training.

Solution

As the l&d team, we decided to rearrange our budget and vision and focus on virtual learning. There occurred a problem - the majority of the programs were developed as Instructor-led training. We did not cancel them, we revisited the format, the exercises, the practical side, and the possibility of transferring into virtual mode.

Results

I transferred over 10 learning programs to an online format in two months. My primer goal was to recreate the training in virtual format saving learning objectives. Basically, I have developed new programs, aligning content with the virtual practice.

Problem

Like most of the population on the planet Earth, we did not face a pandemic of an unknown disease before 2020. The uncertainty became the new normality. The ambiguity of the situation added extra pressure. We discover that t most of the employees not only experienced stress because of the pandemic itself but also worried about how to manage teams, and execute tasks overall.

Solution

We decided to equip employees with the essentials. The main goal was to maintain stress resilience and enhance the well-being of the employees overall.

Results

I have developed a 5-month virtual ILT, working with the SME and getting feedback from the manager and the team.

The course happened to be one of the most successful activities. Over 300+ participants. 10+ webinars delivered and uploaded to the LMS laying the foundations of the online resource platform.
